notifies us how much you wish to pay when your due date arrives.
Can I change my due date?

What is the minimum amount I can pay towards my no fax payday

The minimum amount is the fees associated with your current
principal balance. For example, if you have borrowed $300, your
amount due is $375. Assuming you submit a payment request on
time, the minimum amount you would have to pay on your due date
would be $75.

When will my funds be deposited into my bank account?

Why does my contract have $0.00 for the amount?
If you submit a payment request to pay your loan in full, then
the contract will show $0.00 for the amount. This means that on
your next due date your amount due will be $0.00 because you are
paying the loan off on the current due date.
What repayment options do I have?
You have 3 payment options:
1) You may pay the minimum amount and extend the loan with a NEW
CONTRACT*2) You may pay more then the minimum amount and extend the loan
with a new contract* (Payment will initially be applied to the
fees and the remainder of the payment will be applied to the
principal!)3) You may pay the total amount due (Fees will be waived if you
are a Free Loan customer)
*A new contract means: You are entering into a new loan period,
which means you have to pay the finance charge associated with
your new principal balance at the end of the next pay period.
What if there are insufficient funds when my no fax loan payment
is due?
If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds, then
collections will contact you to arrange a second attempt to
debit the payment. An insufficient funds fee, ranging from $25
to $75, will also be collected with the next debit.
Will my references be contacted?
We will verify all references before approving your no fax
payday loan, however we will not disclose the name of our
company. So, ensure you provide them with valid phone numbers.
What happens after submitting a payment request?
The amount you select to pay will be deducted from your
currentbank account on the due date. Your account will remain in
good standing with our lender.
What if I do not make a payment request on time?
If you do not submit a payment request at least 2 business days
prior to your due date, then the entire amount due will be
debited! Further, if you are a Free Loan customer, you will
forfeit your right to having the fees waived.
Will I need access to a fax machine and printer in order to
complete the loan application process?
We do suggest that you print a copy of the Check Advance
Agreement for your records, however, there is usualy no faxing
needed in order to get approved!
If I pay my no fax payday loan in full, how long must I wait
until I can apply for another?
If you have paid off your payday loan, please note that there is
a waiting period of 5-6 business days before you can apply for a
renewal. Our lender must verify that they have successfully
received your payment. If you are trying to login during the
waiting period, you will receive an error message.
What is required to get a renewal?
In order to get a renewal, you need only to submit an
application under the Renewal section and provide us with your
electronic signature. That’s it, no faxing required!
How do I find out the status of my no fax payday loan
